I want to buy a video game system thing because I need more fun in my life. So, come Christmas, I will come into lots of money like usual and instead of clothes and random shit I want to buy a gaming system/platform/whatever. update on the spider and the beetle.

i watched the spider wrap the beetle up in some of it's sticky silk web stuff.  the beetle clearly didn't like it, he did manage to rip a leg out of it a few times.

but in the end...the spider won.

the beetle is now wrapped up in a cocoon, in a web. 

surely his doom will come.

so, outside my kitchen window, there's this spider web sticking to it.  and in this spider web is a spider.  and an egg sack.  and a struggling beetle.  a pretty big beetle.  much bigger than this spider.

i've watched this thing for days, and the beetle cannot get out of this web.  sometimes it's legs are wiggling, squirming against the sticky silk web, sometimes it's just sitting there, moving slightly with the breeze, and i wonder if it's dead.  but then it will move again.

today, the spider was attacking the beetle.  the spider was attempting to eat the beetle's head.  the beetle was struggling so wildly, i wondered why it couldn't just fall out of the web, or rip it.  but it just can't. 

the spider moved away from the beetle after a few seconds...maybe realizing it wasn't going to be able to eat that beetle until it died. 

...the beetle continued to flail.

Soo...well I leave the water on while I'm brushing my teeth.  And I leave lights and TV on even if I'm not in the room.  I think that's about it.  Oh, sometimes I don't recycle my cans.

ai no kusabi makes me cry so much, the ending kills me :( :(  i just watched it again for like, the first time in years. 

this is my favorite manga/anime ever, like...ever.  i love it even more, like 100x more, than the totally porny PWP Sensitive Pornograph.  knowing me and my love for perving out on slashy porn, this is pretty amazing.  it's the first one i ever found.  if i hadn't found it, i might not have discovered my love for slash and all things gay.  i might not have discovered tokio hotel, twincest - tokio hotel fiction, or some of the great people on that website that i have comed to really love.

the first time i ever found a clip of it on youtube, a clip of them doing it of course, i tried to tell myself it was fucking gross and that gay people were disgusting, because i was like 14 then and had never even thought about gay people as anything other than gross, but i couldn't get myself to close the window and stop watching.  it was so hard to admit to myself that i liked it, totally and completely LOVED two dudes doing each other, but eventually i did, and i discovered the wonderful world that is slash and boys loving boys *____*

for those of you who really know me and my tastes, you might think it's weird that i'd like this, considering the uke is totally muscley and pretty manly, but it's too difficult to deny that this is smoking hot.  it was made in like, the 90s so it's pretty old and the music  is totally 90s cliche and what not, but seriously, it's the best.  if you want to read about it, go here for the wiki article.  i've been buying the yaoi novels from it too at borders whenever i see them, i think i have like 5 now, and they are so fucking good.  i get confused when i read them, quite often, because it's set in a futuristic sci-fi type of world and they use a lot of big-ass words, but it's still amazing.
